Wendy is an experienced coach and thought leader in her field. She has spent decades doing what she does. However, this had previously been done in a piecemeal way that made it hard to follow up and stay on top of potential new clients. 

 

Before SocSomu she was bouncing between several verticals for whom she wanted to work with, and was unclear on messaging due to the various articles. Emails consisted of only a monthly newsletter, she had a new high-ticket offer she wanted to launch and she was unsure on when and how to reach out to leads. 

Project: Automations + Sales Process

Objective

The primary goal was to launch the new high-ticket offer. This involved getting clear on messaging and creating systems to ensure all leads were receiving the correct info at the right time without Wendy burning out. 

Key Successes

  • Tripled revenue launch over launch for a high-ticket offer using emails, automation, and a systematized sales pipeline.

  • Created a sales pipeline that incorporated automated and manual follow-up to clearly track where contacts were in the process. 

  • Implemented (copy and tech set-up) over 50+ automations in the CRM. This included personalized welcome series based on how the contact entered the ecosystem, upsell automation based on specific purchases, follow-up automations for applications, and nurture series to re-engage contacts. 

  • Developed a content creation system that ties all of her platforms together. The system lives in ASANA and clearly delineates who is working on what at any given time to ensure regular, on-topic content is being released.

Stephen S.

Stephen is an incredible visionary having founded several multi-million dollar businesses. In his newest venture, he was working to coach others in building a successful business. However, as with many visionaries, he was looking for a partner to create the marketing and sales systems that would bring these ideas to life. 

Before SocSomu there were no clear next steps for potential new clients, the content was haphazard, and the tech and automation were unclear and bloated.

The primary goal was to generate revenue through a new lane in the business. This involved creating systems so the entire team was on the same page and work was being completed on time. In addition, there was a need to develop content and messaging systems that connected to sophisticated automation in the CRM in order to create a cohesive marketing system. 

Key Successes

  • Launched a new high-ticket offer generating 75K in its first year. We worked on the organic content, messaging, nurture, and conversion automation on the backend. 

  • Created an onboarding process and repeatable ASANA project for new clients he brought onboard. 

  • Managed the migration from ActiveCampaign and Kajabi to Kartra. 

  • Organized a team of over 15 contractors into streamlined use of Asana and Slack resulting in shorter turn times, clear objectives, and less deliverables falling through the cracks.
